Booking
A 50% deposit of the full rental charge is required with your booking to confirm your holiday - with the balance due one month prior to your arrival and provide us with the names of your party. Please note that repayment of money paid in advance can only be returned on cancellation if the accommodation is re-let.
For bookings made within one month of arrival we ask for immediate payment in full.
Our turn around day is Friday. Short breaks should fall within a booking week.
Longbow Barns is equipped to accommodate 4- people in the upper apartment and 6-people in the lower apartment.
The hirer must not sublet or share the accommodation except with the persons named. The hirer must not exceed the number of occupiers named at the time of booking.
Please leave the barn in the same condition as when you arrived and inform us of any breakages, damage or abnormal cleaning needs.
We advise that this is a non-smoking property and ask our smoking guests to enjoy their puffs on the patio or in the gardens.
The tenancy created by this agreement is a holiday let within paragraph 9 of part 1 to schedule of the Housing Act 1988.
The owners will not be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss or damage to any member of his/her party, visitor, or their property however caused.
The accommodation will be available from 3.00 pm on arrival day. Please vacate the accommodation by 10.00 am on the day of departure. |
