Slapton Sands

Slapton Sands

Miles of unspoilt beach that acts as a natural barrier protecting Slapton Ley the nature reserve, home to elvers, otters and many wild birds. This beach is steeped in WW2 history. At the southern end of Slapton there stands The Start Bay Inn, Torcross, famous for its fish and chips restaurant. Slapton Sands is approximately 20 minutes drive from Longbow Barns along the A379 past Blackpool Sands.
